All our rooms are equipped with everything you may need for an enjoyable stay and our friendly team will do their best to make your stay a memorable one.
We’re nearing the end of 2016, and while the hotel and restaurant may be closed for our annual festive break, there are lots of things happening over the next month and a half!
One thing that we’re always doing is evaluating our guest experience. What do our guests love about their stay with us? What can we improve to make future stays with us even better? We even introduced comment cards in our rooms to allow guests to give us specific feedback for their stay, and share any helpful comments with us. This year, we’re making lots of improvements throughout the hotel, and we’re so excited to show you the end result!
Several of our rooms are being redecorated in a new design theme. Rachel, our Director of Marketing and Business Development, and Gary, our General Manager, have put their heads together and helped to design a fantastic new theme for several of our bedrooms. New grey curtains, headboards and chairs will be making their way into our Classic Standard rooms, and several of our bedrooms already have brand new furniture, including new desks, side tables and dressers! Rachel has also picked out several accent pieces for our bedrooms to tie in the themes, with Harris Tweed bed runners and pillows with Harris Tweed accents! We’re also introducing new paint colours and using Timorous Beasties wallpaper in several of our redecorated rooms – don’t you love the thistle design?
One of the biggest changes to our Classic Standard rooms will be the introduction of new Hypnos beds! All four of our Deluxe rooms already have Hypnos beds, but we wanted to give more of our guests the best possible sleep with hand-built beds meticulously crafted to be the most comfortable beds in the world! Are you ready for an amazing night’s sleep with us?
Also, another change that will affect the whole hotel – new key suites! We are upgrading the key system in the hotel to key cards!
